EMC Filters

Compliance with the EU EMC-directive requires the installation of additional EMC input filter for Compact Drives frequency converts. They are designed to reduce conducted emissions on the mains supply below the limits of standard IEC 61800-3 category C1 or C2. They extend the maximum motor cable length of IEC 61800-3 category C3.
